HONOR 9X Lite Goes Official In Malaysia For RM 699

Following its recent announcement, HONOR today has officially announced the availability of HONOR 9X Lite in Malaysia. Starting from 28 May onwards, consumers can get their hands on the third member of the HONOR 9X series through HONOR Malaysia’s website as well as its Shopee store and HONOR Experience Stores (HES) throughout the country.

Priced at RM 699, HONOR has prepared some freebies which include the HONOR 10000mAh power bank and RM 70 voucher for those who purchase the new phone through HONOR Malaysia’s official website. Customers that prefer to get their hands on the 9X Lite through HES and Shopee will also receive the power bank.

Instead of getting the phone alone, the 9X Lite is also available as part of a bundle that includes the equally new Magic Earbuds and Scale 2 as well as Watch Magic for RM 1399. According to the company, this bundle would cost RM 1796 if purchase individually, so there are some noticeable savings right there.

Powered by Kirin 710, the new 9X Lite model is closer to the original 9X model instead of the newer 9X Pro since they are sharing the same processor. This is also why the 9X Lite supports Google Mobile Services, although through our hands-on experience, we feel that the phone is more or less a remix of the 2018’s 8X.
