It all happened after a surgeon recently claimed on TikTok that Hailey Baldwin has undergone massive surgical changes on her face.

It was just some days ago that Hailey Baldwin clapped back at a troll. It was because of a picture that questioned her transformation over the years. Some haters accused the Victoria’s Secret Model of undergoing surgeries for a better-looking version. But the beauty along with Justin Bieber is now giving it back in the classiest way!

It all happened after a surgeon recently claimed on TikTok that Hailey Baldwin has undergone massive surgical changes on her face. A Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Daniel Barrett alleged, “Pay special attention to the nose. What do you think? Well, I’ll tell you what I think. I think it’s physically impossible without getting a little bit of help from someone like myself to go from this picture to that picture.”

That’s not it, Daniel claimed that Hailey Baldwin has also undergone a skin tightening procedure. He added that she got jawline contouring, genioplasty, and gotten filler in her cheeks and lips.

But it looks like Hailey Baldwin is done taking sh*t. She and husband Justin Bieber are now threatening to sue the surgeon for using the wifey’s “name, image and likeness” to “commercially advertise your plastic surgery practice and to spread false, uncorroborated claims that Mrs. Bieber has undergone plastic surgery.”

In the legal document going viral all across the Internet, Justin Bieber and wife have threatened to slap a suit against the surgeon. It states, “These flagrant and conscious infringements of our Clients’ rights constitute a number of violations including, without limitation: misappropriation of name, likeness, image, and persona for commercial purposes, misrepresentation, defamation, slander, false light, violation of rights of publicity, copyright infringement, trademark and service mark infringement, unfair competition, dilution, and interference with our Clients’ contractual obligations to third parties.”

Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber have warned Dr. Daniel Barrett of “statutory damages for each willful infringement.” Furthermore, they have asked him to issue a public apology. And also, remove all the pictures or unauthorized content related to the couple.
