Exclusive reveals, developer diaries, and more
by Liam DoolanE3 2020 might have been officially cancelled, but that doesn't mean there won't be any other announcements taking place. In its place this year are a bunch of online events. The latest one announced is the Indie Showcase by The Escapist, in partnership with GOG.com.
This digital event will run from 11th June until 14th June and promises to showcase "over 70 different indie games" from developers all around the world. It'll kick off on the 11th with a "direct" style showcase on YouTube - featuring reveals, lots of gameplay, and developer diaries.
From 12th - 14th June there'll be post-show coverage on both YouTube and Twitch - along with in-depth hands-on demos, pre-recorded gameplay, videos, and developer interviews.
Given the number of games that will be shared, we expect at least some of them to be announced for the Nintendo Switch. Will you be tuning in? Comment down below.
