[BREAKING] FBI: US Naval Base Terror Shooting Only Has One Shooter, No One Else

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) now finally releases information regarding the suspect behind the shooting at United States Naval Base at Corpus Christi in Texas on May 22. Authorities confirm that only one suspect was behind the shooting. FBI first believed that there could be two shooters in the incident, but now throws these assumptions. 

FBI confirms only one shooter behind Naval Base Terror Attack

Last Friday, shooting at Corpus Christi Naval base was reported. The suspected gunman was killed during the shootout, but one sailor was wounded during the incident.

As reported via BBC, about 6:15 local time, the suspect was trying to get inside the Naval base through a gated entrance. When the sailor saw the attempt, the gunman suddenly opened fire, hurting the sailor. The heroic sailor tried to block the entrance of the Naval base by raising the security barrier.

The wounded sailor is now discharged from the hospital after acquiring wounds. But the suspected gunman was killed during the incident. The authorities haven't named the man behind the attempted force entrance first, but several U.S. news sites identified him as 20-year-old Adam Salim Alsahli.

After a while, local police confirmed his identity and said that he was a student at a local community college in Corpus Christi. Alsahli was also a Syria-born American citizen who made connections to his alleged social media posts pertaining to supporting extremist groups such as Al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula.

At the time, it was said that there could be another suspect at large. However, today, the FBI finally stirs the issue, saying that Alsahli was the only one behind the forced entrance, and no one else.
