Hyderabad: A 42-year-old man allegedly hanged himself to death at his house in Falaknuma on Tuesday night. According to the police, the man identified as Chand lived along with his family at Sanjay Gandhi Nagar in Falaknuma.

The Falaknuma police registered a case and shifted the body to the Osmania General Hospital mortuary.
