Cyber & Information Security Analyst - Temporary 6 months
For one of our clients, an international private bank based in Geneva we are looking for a :
CYBER & INFORMATION SECURITY ANALYST
TEMPORARY 6 MONTHS
Job description
- Support the global Private Banking activities, in all areas of Logical Access Management, including FINMA compliance
- Understand Identity and Access Management principles
- Manage daily access requests to critical applications
- Manage daily access control and out of process alerts; take remediation actions to return to satisfactory
- Manage exceptions based on business rationale
- Take responsibility in the recertification processes for Business Critical applications (content review, data owners review, offshore user access to Swiss IT applications etc…)
- Be primary point of contact to the Request Onboarding team for requirements submission
- Drive requirements, make User Acceptance Testing
- Communicate on changes performed to relevant business / IT users
- Support the analysis of access for new on-boarded applications
- Investigate alerts, applying identified data management controls and procedures,
- Setup / update policies and controls within the Data Loss Prevention system,
- Work with local management, HR and other key stakeholders as appropriate,
- Provide general advice and guidance around data loss prevention to business users, including remediation of process issues as identified through monitoring alerts
- Assist with creation and delivery of training and awareness programs on Cyber & Information Security controls and policies
- Ability to understand process steps and translate them into procedures
- Participate to Information Security / Logical Access management related projects as subject matter expert where needed
- Respond to ad-hoc requests in response to internal / external audit demands
Profile required
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role within a financial firm
- Risk of Information Risk related knowledge
- CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO27001 or equivalent a plus
- Knowledge in identity and Access Management, especially regarding notions around Role Based Access Control
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) and self-directed
- Team oriented, comfortable operating within a changing environment
- Fluent in English and French, other language a plus
- Travel accross Europe may be required
- Weekend work or work outside business hours might be required
