Kadi cops selling liquor: Mehsana SP transferred

The state government transferred Mehsana SP Manish Singh appointing him as Commandant, SRPF, AhGroup-4 in Dahod, on Tuesday while appointing Porbandar SP Dr Parthrajsinh Gohil in his place.

The appointment comes in wake of the Kadi incident where members of the police were found to be involved in selling liquor seized over the past few years, leaving the police force red-faced. DCP (Zone 1), Rajkot, Dr Ravi Mohan Saini was appointed Porbandar SP in place of Dr Partharajsinh Gohil. AM
