Online training programme continues at BSL

Class room training in BSL Human Resource Development Department is currently suspended due to Covid-19. Sharing information the chief of communication BSL Manikant Dhan told that in order to balance such situation the digital platform is being used by the Bokaro Steel Plant to ensure continuity of the process of upgrading the knowledge of the workers. Through this online training program, personnel are being given technical knowledge related to the production process, updates related to the steel market scenario, change management and other topics.

The Human Resource Development Department of BSL is conducting online training programs on various subjects, using digital platforms like "Go to Meet and Cisco WebEx" under the leadership of Chief General Manager BS Popli. In order to upgrade the knowledge of officers and personnel by the Human Resource Development Department 11 online program on various topics like "Industry 4.0", "ACS-800", "Positive Thinking", "e-cognition", "Stress Management" etc. was organized in which more than 400 personnel from various departments of BSL participated.

In addition to BSL's Human Resource Development Department, SAIL's Ranchi-based training institute MTI is also conducting online training programs for SAIL personnel.
