Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins crowns two stars after intense finale

by

Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins crowned two recruits the winners at the end of tonight’s tense final episode.

After putting the remaining six contestants through the last of the gruelling selection process in the Inner Hebrides, chief instructor Ant Middleton and his team of Foxy, Billy, Ollie and Jay named Locksmith and Lauren Steadman joint champions.

Locksmith and Lauren were named successful after taking on the interrogation phase, a torturous exercise where their interrogators kept ramping up the punishments, and their subjects were punished with horrendous torture techniques.

‘You’ve completed this phase of the course, congratulations,’ Ant told the pair after removing the bags from their heads. ‘That nightmare is over for you.’

‘What we’re looking for is grit, determination, sheer will all intertwined,’ Ant continued.

‘The ultimate question that we ask ourselves is would we embrace you into our family? Number six and number seven, you have both successfully completed this course.’

Ant and his team then congratulated the winners with a hug, and they all embraced.

‘It’s the best thing I’ve ever done,’ Locksmith admitted to fellow champ Lauren as they shared a quiet moment together.

Speaking to the camera, Foxy commented: ‘For the celebrities that make it to the end of this course, who have put their heart and soul into it and want a taste of our world, I think it’s something they’ll remember for the rest of their lives and be proud of.’

Ant wrapped the celebrity spin-off with a heartfelt message and said: ‘Comaradarie is the cornerstone of the special forces, and it is a family, there’s no question about it.

‘You are my brother, you are my sister. It’s a unique bond and that’s why these relationships continue throughout our life.’

Until next time…
