NFL freak burns over 10,000 calories in 17 hours with insane workout
There are two types of people in this world: those who read ‘10,000 calorie challenge' and assume the goal must be to consume all of the food in the world, and those, like the NFL’s Taylor Rapp, who decide to burn the calories in less than 24 hours.
Rapp is coming off a strong rookie season in the NFL with the Los Angeles Rams, and with his second year still months away, clearly has no issue with motivation.

The 22-year-old attempted the #10kcaloriechallenge that involved, you guessed it, burning 10,000 calories in 24 hours.
Rapp did it in 17 hours, and this is what the workout looked like:
— 125 miles (201km) cycling
— 1.25 miles (2km) swimming
— 4 miles (6.4) hiking
— 3 miles (4.8km) running
— A short workout
— 7,300 feet of elevation
A day that started at 4.30am finally wrapped up at 9.09pm, with Rapp burning a tidy 10,521 calories.
He even posted the proof.
The 2019 second-round pick had 100 total tackles, 8 passes defended, and two interceptions last season for the Rams.
