Police cars crash in Point Cook cop chase

Two police vehicles have crashed while pursuing a vehicle in Melbourne’s outer-west overnight.

Police were chasing an allegedly stolen Honda Civic at Point Cook when two unmarked police cars were involved in a collision with another motorists at the intersection of Boardwalk Boulevard and Dunnings Road about 9.20pm.

No-one was injured in the prangs.

The Honda Civic was dumped in nearby Reeves Street.

Three men were arrested and remain in custody.
