The Secretary of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM), Engr. Dr. Yakubu Sule Bassi, addressing the staff of the Commission shortly after being locked out of the office space allocated to them by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), on the 11th of February, 2020.
Notice of eviction was given via a text message on the 9th of Feb.
