Ever Banega and a few other Sevilla stars have apologised for breaking the coronavirus lockdown rules to have a party with their WAGS.

The 31-year-old Argentine's wife Valeria Juan shared the pictures that landed them in trouble on social media.

"I want to apologise to our club, our supporters and society in general. “It won’t happen again, we just want to play again as soon as possible.”

Also showing remorse for the same reason was Dutchman Luuk de Jong who added: “I want to apologise to everyone who felt offended by what happened yesterday.

"It won’t be repeated. We want the league to restart. We just want to start playing again.”
