KSI is feeling the wrath of the BTS army after joking they're not 'real fans'

KSI is feeling the full wrath of the BTS army, after joking that they’re not ‘real fans’ on Twitter.

The YouTube star, 26, dropped his album Dissimulation and teased that he’d shave his head if it reached number one in the music charts, leading to the hashtag #Baldski doing the rounds on Twitter.

The reason why was because KSI was facing stiff competition from 1975’s new album and BTS star Suga (also known as Agust D) who recently dropped a surprise solo mixtape titled D-2.

KSI told fans that the BTS army was ‘too powerful’ for his album to beat Suga’s so you can imagine his surprise when he checked out the charts to see his album sitting in the number one spot.

Jokingly hitting out at 1975 fans and the BTS army in a video shared to Twitter, KSI feared for his hair, as he said: ‘Hahaha it was funny, ok. I’m getting a bit scared now. Can we stop buying my album? I need my hair man…

‘K-pop fans what is going on? A member of BTS has released an album and I’m beating him. Stop. 1975 fans… what’s up with these fans not buying their albums? Please man. Allow it. Overtake me. F**k.’

Not stopping there, KSI tweeted: ‘AYO K POP FANS?!? HOW HAVE YOU LET THIS HAPPEN?!?!? WTF YOU DOING?!?

‘HOW YOU LETTING MY ALBUM REACH NUMBER ONE?!?! OVERTAKE ME IMMEDIATELY PLEASE.’

But, KSI seemed to really rile up the BTS army when he jokingly accused them of not being ‘real fans’ by letting his album beat Suga’s release and joked they need to ‘do better’.

Another tweet read: ‘This is getting long now. You 1975 and Agust D fans aint real fans smh. Please rile up your army and do better please.’

Hitting back, the BTS army came out in full force and had no time for KSI.

‘Pls sell out a stadium in YOUR country then we will finish this convo,’ one wrote.

‘Ur music is bad,’ one fan commented, while other army members accused KSI fans of purposely leaving bad reviews on D-2.

‘It would actually help if your dickish fans didn’t keep leaving bad reviews on Agust D though,’ tweeted one BTS fan.

Another fired back at KSI: ‘when you sell out wembley stadium twice, then u can chat about ‘real fans’ take a seat.’

‘Don’t get too comfortable boo, d-2 was released as a surprise mixtape for FREE we CHOSE to buy it,’ commented another BTS fan, while one more offered: ‘nah, we just want you bald bro.’

Ouch.

So far, KSI hasn’t responded to the frenzy and he’s yet to go bald, as promised.

BTS, meanwhile, have been forced to cancel their upcoming Map of the Soul tour which could see the K-pop boyband lose up to £200million.

But, of course, they’re still breaking records while being forced to take a backseat, with Jungkook become the longest-charting solo K-Pop artist on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales chart with his track Euphoria.
