Aberdeen suspect charged for allegedly taking poo in public garden in front of five-year-old girl
by Justin BowieA MAN has been charged over allegedly taking a poo in a public garden in front of a five-year-old girl.
Cops confirmed that a 45-year-old had been nicked in connection with the alleged incident in the University Road area of Aberdeen.
It is claimed the man defecated in a communal garden in the city at around 11.30am on Sunday, May 17.
A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
And the suspect is expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court at a later date.
Detective Sergeant Lesley Clark said: "There has been a significant public response to this incident.
“I would like to thank everybody who assisted with our enquiries."
We told recently how police are hunting a pensioner who flashed a female jogger near Aberdeen.
The creep indecently exposed himself to the woman, 37, as she ran along the Old Deeside railway line between Bieldside and Cults around 6.30pm on Thursday night.
