WATCH: Yash and Roohi don't allow Karan Johar to eat his own birthday cake as they feel he will become 'fat'

Ace filmmaker Karan Johar, who has been quite active on social media, is celebrating his birthday today. His birthday has coincided with Eid celebrations this year. He has been enjoying his quarantine birthday at home with his munchkins Yash, Roohi and his mother Hiroo Johar.

A few minutes back, Karan shared a video from his birthday celebration and it is just too cute to be missed. In the video, his kids can be seen blowing the candles of his big K lettered birthday cake and singing the birthday song.

Soon after KJo asks them if he can eat the cake, to which his kids say ‘no’. When he asks them why he can’t eat the cake, they say that he will become fat and instead they eat the cake. Watch this hilarious video here:

As Karan turned a year older today, his friends from the industry have taken to their social media accounts to wish the director. From Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ayushmann Khurrana, Kartik Aaryan to Malaika Arora, Sara Ali Khan, Bhumi Pednekar, Ananya Panday and others have poured love for KJo.

On the work front, Karan was all set to start shooting for his next 'Takht' which stars Ranveer Singh, Kareena, Vicky Kaushal, Alia Bhatt, Anil Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar and Janhvi Kapoor. But due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the film’s release might be postponed.
