ROP shuts down store for violating Supreme Committee's decisions

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has closed one of the stores in South Al Sharqiyah Governorate and issued several violations against individuals for not wearing masks in South Al Batinah Governorate.

A statement issued online by the Royal Oman Police (ROP), said, “South Al Sharqiyah Governorate Police Command issues a violation to one of the stores for not adhering to the measures and conditions of permitted activities and closing it for a month due to its violation of the decisions of the Supreme Committee in charge to deal with COVID-19.”

“South Al Batinah Governorate Police Command has issued several violation notices against individuals for not wearing masks and violating the decisions of the Supreme Committee to deal with COVID-19,” the statement added.
