The vocal preacher castigated Zimbabweans for lacking basic humanity and for failing to look out for each other. He called out Zimbabweans who mock their fellow citizens when they are being brutalized by the police and other state agents. Chiwenga said that it is now time for Zimbabweans to look out for each other and to protect one another from the brutality of the government.

Apostle Chiwenga called on citizens to have humanity and to be united to the point of willing to die for each other to defeat the divide and rule tactic used by the government. He insisted that there is no amount of gunpowder that can silence the voice of all the Zimbabweans and called on the people to realize the amount of power that they hold.

Chiwenga claimed that he was being followed by operatives from the Central Intelligence Organisation (CIO) and the Military Intelligence Directorate (MID).  A few days after the letter, Chiwenga was involved in a fatal accident that claimed the life of his wife.
