Everton ‘at the window’ for Bundesliga player – Toffees especially interested, €25m should do it

Everton are ‘at the window’ for Patrik Schick, report Gazzetta dello Sport.

The 24 year old striker is owned by AS Roma, and is spending this season on loan in the Bundesliga at RB Leipzig. There’s a buying option in the loan, but it’s not known whether Leipzig will use it.

Schick himself is happy in Germany and is trying to get his agent to find a way for him to stay. At the same time, the agent is also handling interest from elsewhere, including from Everton.

In twenty appearances for Leipzig so far this season, and a total of 1183 minutes, Schick has scored seven goals and added three assists. Since the return of the Bundesliga, however, he’s only managed nine minutes over two matches.

Everton interest is talked up, with them thought to be especially interested, having ‘taken information’ about the signing, and Arsenal interest is talked down.

Should Leipzig not use their €29m clause, then it’s suggested €25m could be enough for other interested clubs.
