It's almost time for one of our favourite Netflix series to return.

Drugs drama Queen of the South is almost back for its fourth season - that's a whole thirteen episodes to enjoy.

Teresa Mendoza ( Alice Braga ) survived a number of adversaries last season but has now been forced to escape to the US.

Now installed in Louisiana, Teresa begins enacting a brand new ambitious plan to expand her drug empire.

However, with a new location comes new adversaries.

However, she has been forced to seek refuge in the US after facing danger from the cartels.

A former enforcer for the Vargas cartel is now one of Teresa's most reliable lieutenants.

Alfonso Herrera as Javier Jimenez

A mercenary and member of the Jimenez drug cartel who is now an ally to Teresa.

David Andrews as Judge Cecil Lafayette

A new addition to the series, this character is the most dangerous that Teresa has ever faced.

He is a member of one of the oldest Blue Blood families in the state of Louisiana.

One character who is not due to return for the fourth run is former cartel leader Camila Vargas (Veronica Falcon) who was exiled at the conclusion of season 4 by Teresa.

Now in New Orleans, Louisiana, Teresa attempts to expand her drug empire and take on the Big Easy.

However, some nasty sacrifices will have to be made and she finds a dangerous new enemy in Texas royalty, Judge Cecil Lafayette.
