14 days Quarantine Compulsory for Citizens Coming from Abroad -

The UP government has issued a new guideline for travelers coming from abroad during the Corona period. According to this, now such passengers will have to stay in the mandatory quarantine for 14 days. After 7 days will be able to be under the supervision of the government quarantine center and 7 days in the house itself, but the person will have to bear the expenses of staying in the government center.

In the order of the guidelines issued by the Union Health Ministry, Additional Chief Secretary Home Avnish Kumar Awasthi has ordered all the District Magistrates and SSPs of UP to take a consent letter from Indians coming from abroad that they are ready for 14 days quarantine. Apart from this, a 7-day quarantine center will also have to be incurred and they can stay quarantined at their home for 7 days.

According to the terms of the new guideline, this rule is exempted for pregnant women, stressed persons, family members, or parents with children less than 10 years of age or serious illness. Such people will remain at home quarantined for 14 days. Along with this, the rules of lockdown have to be followed. It is mandatory for all travelers to have the Aarogya App in their phones. Additional Chief Secretary Home Avnish Kumar Awasthi has instructed the officers to ensure 100 percent adherence to this guideline.
