Police release CCTV after attempted shop raid in Dundee
The man in the footage could help police with their investigation.
by Kathleen SpeirsPolice have released CCTV footage of a man who may be able to help with their investigation into an attempted robbery in Dundee.
The incident happened around 9am on Sunday, October 17 2019, at a store on the city's Dens Road.
The man seen in the images is described as five feet, eight inches tall and between 30 and 40-years-old.
He was wearing a grey tammy hat, a grey zipped top with the collar covering his mouth, dark blue jeans and blue trainers with white details.
Detective Constable Gavin Smith said: “We are eager to talk to the man in these images in connection with this incident and would urge anyone who may recognise him to get in touch as soon as possible.
"Anyone with information should contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 1598 of October 27 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
