Xiaomi Band 5 real machine photos surfaced online
by Bipasha MandalXiaomi has a series of products lined up for the launch. Xiaomi’s sub-brand Realme has also announced a series of products that will soon get launched in India.
The Chinese tech giant is also responsible for bringing out the next version of the Driving Recorder. Besides all of these new products, Weibo exposed two new pictures of Xiaomi’s bracelet 5 real machines.
The picture that surfaced online shows off the new design or rather the point of convergence with the previous Xiaomi band.
The photo reveals that the new band still uses the plug-in charging design of the main body of the bracelet. Furthermore, the screen of the smart band does not come with hole design, as was customary for the previous bands. However, the design of the new product is similar to the previous generation. The design is similar to the previous Xiaomi bands; the new band still uses an oval design for the screen.
The front panel of the screen is black in color. There were a few rumors about the hole screen design, but the images show that the new generation Xiaomi band does not feature the hole screen design. The screen touch button design still persists.
This choice of doing away with the hole design may be taken keeping in mind the overall costs, and to increase the yield rate during mass production. The fact that the Xiaomi band is priced at 200 yuan only, the design change makes sense.
Another Chinese website has vouched that the new band will also come with improved battery life. As mentioned before, the source of information regarding the new band is the two photos which surfaced on Weibo, as such no further information is known about the product. The band will likely be launched in China first. As for its global launch, we will have to wait for the official announcement.
