At the meeting, the union said the DC assured the leaders to look into the issue and open the border at least for medical emergency. The union said that its chairman also met DC on May 21. However, despite all the efforts made by leaders of Borlengri area villagers, union said the administration has not been able solve the issue. Therefore, the union has requested to the responsible authority to intervene and lift border sealing.
