His Majesty exchanges Eid greetings with Turkish President, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince
by Times News ServiceMuscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik exchanged Eid Al-Fitr Greetings with Turkish President as well as Abu Dhabi’s Crown Prince.
A statement issued online by Oman News Agency (ONA), said: “His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik received two phone calls on Sunday from President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of the Republic of Turkey and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayid al-Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). During the calls, His Majesty exchanged Eid Al-Fitr greetings with them.”
“President Erdogan and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayid expressed their sincere greetings and best wishes to His Majesty the Sultan on this blessed occasion. They prayed to the Almighty Allah to grant His Majesty good health, happiness and a long life, and for the return of this and similar occasions on His Majesty to achieve further aspirations of progress and prosperity for the Omani people. They also wished the Arab and Islamic nations abundant blessings and bounties.”
“In turn, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere greetings and best wishes of good health, happiness and long life to them, praying to the Almighty Allah for the return of this and similar occasions on them and the peoples of Turkey and the UAE at a time they have achieved progress and welfare. His Majesty the Sultan also wished all Muslims plentiful bounties and blessings,” the statement added.
