Sbhale Mpisane Shares Pics In The ICU For The First Time In 2 Years

Reality TV star and fitness bunny, Sbhale Mpisane has finally shared an intimate glimpse into the life changing car crash that almost killed her back in 2018.

Sbahle’s accident shook the whole country, as they anxiously waited to see if she would make it out alive after images of the horrific car crash emerged.

Her rehabilitation and recovery process has been going well.

Sbahle can now walk without the aid of crutches.

The fitness bunny recently took to Instagram to share her pictures in the ICU battling for her life.

In the picture, she is unconscious and has all sorts of life supporting machines connected to her body.

Sbahle said she is thankful to have yet another day to live.

Sbhale recently revealed that she has set fitness goals and wants to lose about 15 kgs, as she gained weight after her accident.

She has expressed several times on her social media, that she misses her old body and cant wait to be back in shape.

Sbahle said she was always active since she was young and was a into sports.

She also opened up on the titbits of her life.

I’ve always enjoyed being active from a youngest age. I use to love & enjoy playing sport my whole life. I played action netball, outdoor netball, hockey, waterpolo, I did sprints, high jumps, long jumps, had several fights & I ended up as your Fav FitnessBunnie.
I mean look at life 🤩 Issa blessing and I’m truly thankful to have experienced so much without being held back. Besides my active part of life, I loved to study too because A NERD 👉🏽 @phumishabs was my best friend from 2006 & she installed my drive to create more options for myself and that truly made my parents happy
. My varsity life was crazy, I use to party hard, train daily but I never skipped a single school day irrespective of me looking like a diva daily 😅 Mummy @kwa_mammkhize used to love @phumishabs so much, I kinda hated it hahaha but yes she’s still my nerdy, loving, ACCOUNTANT best friend and my mums favorite too.
Before I forget my minor talent of cooking hahah mum use to make me cut vegetables & meat for her. I truly use to be the BEST rice cooker at home but heyyy H.E.R. fancy spice intake taught more skills, thank you my darling 😝
