51 New Cases in 24 hours in Maharashtra Police, Total Cases Exceed 1800 figure -

The total number of corona virus cases in Maharashtra has crossed fifty thousand figure, whereas a large number of corona virus positive cases have also been reported in the police department here. In the last 24 hours, 51 new cases of corona virus have been reported in Maharashtra Police, with this the total number of cases has crossed 1800 figure.

Significantly, the corona virus is not leaving any person and Maharashtra police are constantly on duty, so many officers have fallen prey to it. In Maharashtra, a total of 1809 cases have been reported in the police department, out of which 194 are officers, while the remaining 1615 are policemen, besides this so far, a total of 18 policemen have died due to Corona virus. However, it is a matter of honor that till now 678 policemen have recovered and returned home.

Let us tell you that the cases of corona virus are constantly increasing in Maharashtra, not only the policemen but the leaders are also caught in it. Recently in the Maharashtra government, minister and former Chief Minister Ashok Chavan has also been found to be corona virus positive. Earlier, another minister has also been hit by this virus, while Congress leader Sanjay Jha was also found to be Corona virus positive, however, he had fewer symptoms so he is at home.

If we talk about total cases, in Maharashtra till date 50231 cases, 1635 deaths have been reported, which is the highest from any other state in the country. At the same time, the cases of corona virus in the whole country have crossed one lakh 38 thousand figure and the death toll has crossed 4000 figure.
