Barcelona to sign Neymar along with a world-class bargain signing

Barcelona is set to sign Neymar from Paris Saint-Germain along with another world-class player at a bargained price.

Despite Barcelona requiring major signings in the midfield and the defence as both the departments lack depth and quality, however, the board continues to focus on the return of Neymar from Paris Saint-Germain this summer even though the club faces a tight budget and require several signings.

The incompetent board led by Josep Maria Bartomeu has fixed their agenda for the summer to bring their former winger, the president is keen on the signing of the Brazilian since it would play a major role in the upcoming elections as Bartomeu hopes to be elected once again.

To sign their former winger once again, Bartomeu has decided to halt all other signing operations and only proceed with departures as of now to generate the revenue required to sign the Brazilian winger.

Don Balon claims that although the signing operations have been put on halt the club has decided to continue with the Nicolas Tagliafico operation. The Argentine left-back is wanted by Lionel Messi at the club and the Ajax Amsterdam player himself is ready to make the jump into Europe’s elite league division as he has entered the prime years of his career.

The report goes on to claim that Ajax Amsterdam is willing to part with 25 million euros for their Argentine fullback, a figure that Barca is ready to offer immediately as they desperately require a back up for Jordi Alba after Junior Firpo has been a massive disappointment.

The signing of Neymar and Nicolas Tagliafico would certainly please Leo Messi who has spoken about the arrival of both the players publicly and how it would benefit the squad. If Bartomeu does manage to land both the world-class footballers this summer, the president would not only win the captain’s heart but would also secure his position as president in the coming elections.
