WATCH: Acting Binga District Development Coordinator manhandles journalist

A drunken acting Binga District Development Coordinator Farai Marinyane harassing journalists on Saturday in Binga. He missed an event and sent a representative on his behalf as he went on boozing spree with another boy who claimed to be a soldier.

The two claimed Binga is theirs and no-one is allowed, not even journalists.

Marinyane almost crushed a journalist's phone, he grabbed it with the intention to crush it as a video of his despicable behaviour was being recorded.
