Spoilers: Mandy takes drastic action in Emmerdale amid devastating discovery

Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley) was left devastated during the latest episode of Emmerdale, as she discovers her beloved son Vinny Ashdale (Bradley Johnson) had been in contact with his manipulative father Paul (Reece Dinsdale) and therefore — tonight — she takes drastic action.

Viewers saw Mandy become somewhat curious about Vinny’s positive mood, and — after Lydia (Karen Blick) suggested he might have a girlfriend — she did some digging, and soon discovered that her son had been in touch with his dad — who was going by the name of Alex.

During tonight’s episode, Vinny chats to ‘Alex’ — who ends up putting his foot in it when he makes a careless comment about Mandy — and it’s one that would suggest he already knows her.

Vinny’s interest is piqued, and therefore he quizzes Paul — who does his best to cover.

Meanwhile, with Mandy having discovered the truth, she makes her way back home, but as she approaches the Dingle household, she spots Vinny and Paul from afar — and it’s safe to say she’s not pleased.

Later, she resolves to do something about her ex’s meddling, and therefore takes it upon herself to set up a meeting with Paul — but she does so under the guise of Vinny, using her son’s phone in order to do so.

Will she succeed in coming face-to-face with Paul?

If so, what will she say?
