‘Lack of professionalism’ - The damning statement Wolves & Man United need to be aware of
Wolverhampton Wanderers news - Juventus and France midfielder Adrien Rabiot has reportedly been offered to Wolves
by Alex Dicken, https://www.facebook.com/alexdickenjournalist/?fref=tsAdrien Rabiot could well be playing in the Premier League next season.
The France international's representatives have reportedly held talks with Manchester United over a move to Old Trafford with his days at Juventus seemingly numbered.
News of United's interest comes just a short while after it was claimed Rabiot had been offered to Wolves as part of a swap deal to take star striker Raul Jimenez to Juventus.
Tuttosport claims both Rabiot and Italian defender Daniele Rugani - who has previously been linked with a move to Wolves - could be offered to Nuno Espirito Santo in exchange for his number nine.
Rabiot, a five-time Ligue 1 winner with Paris Saint-Germain, only joined Juventus last summer but he hasn't been able to nail down a starting XI spot under Maurizio Sarri.
He's only made 24 appearances this season, including just 11 Serie A starts, which clearly makes him dispensable in Turin.
Rabiot's talents are undeniable and Barcelona were reportedly interested in signing him prior to his move to Juve, but his attitude has been called into question several times.
During his final season at PSG Rabiot was banished to the reserves and a once beneficial relationship with the club's hierarchy became poisoned.
Wolves latest
PSG launched an internal investigation into Rabiot last year after he was spotted partying just hours after their 3-1 Champions League defeat to United.
The club's sporting director at the time, Antero Henrique, said: “I find unacceptable the attitude and lack of professionalism of a player like Adrien Rabiot towards the club, his teammates and his supporters. Remember up to June 30, 2019 he is part of our squad.”
It has also recently been reported that Rabiot didn't rejoin Juventus when requested to do so after the lockdown in an attempt to force a move away from the Serie A club.
