Barcelona target stimulates transfer rumors after wearing club attire.

Barcelona have been linked with Ajax fullback, Sergino Dest, who spurs transfer rumors after being seen wearing the club’s training kit on his social media.

The Catalan giants are actively looking for a new right-back as they have been struggling ever since the departure of Dani Alves with both Nelson Semedo and Sergi Roberto failing to display consistent performances to take over the role permanently.

Many big names have been linked with a move to Camp Nou this summer to take over the role with Thomas Meunier of Paris Saint-Germain and João Cancelo of Manchester City both being named as the potential candidates. Meanwhile, Ajax’s full-back, Sergino Dest, has also been among the targetted players and the 19-year-old has now added spark to the rumors with his latest Instagram activity.

Dest, on Saturday, was seen wearing the Barca training outfit on his Instagram story holding a pair of hair clippers in his hand.

Dest has already been reported by many as a strong contender for the right-back role at the Camp Nou, prior to this image. His agent had previously confirmed the Spanish giant’s interest in the talented defender.

“Barca’s interest is not yet concrete. They have not officially contacted me or Ajax. However, i have the information that the Sergino is one of the full-backs targetted should Nelson Semedo leave.” Joes Blakborn told Voetbal International.

The youngster made his first-team debut at Ajax back in 2019 where he has enjoyed 35 appearances across all competition thus far, managing 2 goals and another 6 assists.
