It never rains but it pours for Lerato Kganyago’s estranged husband Thami Ndlala. The businessman who is currently facing a slew of criminal charges and going through a separation with his now-estranged wife, Lerato, is also entangled in a protracted legal wrangle with ex-girlfriend, Nokulunga Shabangu,25.
Reports gathered by iHarare indicate that Thami’s romance with Nokulunga which started in 2017 fizzled out in 2019 following an undisclosed dispute. After the split, a bitter Thami allegedly barred Nokulunga from getting her items from their exquisite love nest in Fourways suburb.
The matter spilled into the courts last year, with Nokulunga seeking a court order to reclaim her belongings at their then love nest, iHarare can confirm through Daily sun.
Randburg magistrates court granted Nokulunga a court order to reclaim her property sometime in November. Thami later challenged the court order, opening a criminal case of theft and housebreaking, in which he accused the complainant of stealing from him.
Thami refuted denying Nokulunga access to the premises, claiming she gave him the key when she was done. It seems Thami is unlucky in love, earlier this month he hogged headlines after news of his separation with Metro FM presenter Lerato hit the streets. The pair who had only been married for two months dropped the bombshell in a joint social media statement.
