Tata Power unveils ‘E-Learning Fridays’ energy conservation module

An India-based electric utility company, Tata Power, has launched a digital platform to improve awareness of energy conservation among its customers.

The utility has through its subsidiary Club Enerji unveiled the E-Learning Fridays module, which comprises Webisode series for children and their parents to adopt sustainable living practices amid lockdown.

Consumers can access the webisode episodes across all the social media platforms of Club Enerji every Friday as from 22nd May 2020.

Each episode will cover topics including water conservation, saying no to plastic, energy generation, the environmental impact due to misuse of energy and a fun and informative quiz.

The aim is to provide simple methods of how to reduce energy and water consumption and wastage to avoid increases in bills and the degradation of the environment.
