NHS worker helping coronavirus patients was ‘ripped off’ over a bike from Mike Ashley’s House of Fraser

Marie Gregory ordered a £250 Muddy Fox model — but when it arrived she found a huge sticker on the box showing £159.99.
The mum of two, 44, of Stockport, said: "I decided to treat my husband because I’d been going out on my bike with our two children during lockdown and we wanted him to come along too.
“When I started looking it was really hard to find a bike because so many websites have sold out.
“House of Fraser has obviously seen that and put their prices up. But at a time when people are really struggling and many are losing their jobs it seems totally wrong to me.
“I was furious and couldn’t believe it. I feel totally ripped off."
Marie complained but only received an automated reply from the House of Fraser website.
She added: “I am not sure what I am going to do with the bike, if I send it back I will still be out of pocket for the delivery charge.
“I think the very least they could do is sell it to me at the price it says on the box!"
Experts said House of Fraser might not have broken the law but Marie could return the bike and demand a full refund.
