Council bosses still deciding fate of bonfire displays in Black Country
Council bosses are still deciding over whether bonfires will go ahead in the Black Country.

Wolverhampton and Sandwell councils are keeping the situation over coronavirus under review.
Dudley Councillor Ian Kettle, cabinet member responsible for Halls, said the people's safety must be put first.
Sandwell Council usually holds its bonfire at Dartmouth Park in West Bromwich.
Councillor Maria Crompton, deputy leader of Sandwell Council, said: "No decision has been taken about the bonfire. The situation is of course, under constant review."
In Wolverhampton, the city's council usually holds the bonfire at Wolverhampton Racecourse.
A spokesman for Wolverhampton Council said: "No decision has been made yet on whether the Bonfire will take place in Wolverhampton.
"The City of Wolverhampton Council and Wolverhampton Racecourse will be reviewing the position in relation to the most up to date government guidance later this year."
Walsall Council was approached for comment.
