Crown Prince: Good Days in Store for Saudi Arabia through its People’s Efforts

Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, stressed on Sunday that Saudi Arabia will see better days in credit to its people.

He made his remarks while congratulating Defense Ministry officials on the advent of the Eid al-Fitr holiday. The officials, including Deputy Defense Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman and commanders of Defense Ministry departments, met virtually on the occasion.

Crown Prince Mohammed wished the gatherers a blessed Eid, saying it “pained” him that he could not celebrate with them in person due to the novel coronavirus outbreak.

“The bad circumstances will, God willing, subside and we are in for better days, always through the efforts of the men of Saudi Arabia, whether its military officials or civilians,” he added.

Chief of Staff Fayyadh al-Ruwaili relayed to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and the Crown Prince the greetings of the armed forces on the occasion of Eid.

He stressed his forces’ high level of alert amid the coronavirus pandemic, saying they are fully prepared to enforce all preventive measures with the support of the Kingdom’s leadership.
