The Oberoi Group launches enhanced health and safety programme

by

The Oberoi Group has introduced a comprehensive health and safety programme across all Oberoi and Trident hotels.

The health and safety standards and guidelines will be reviewed by hygiene and safety managers at each hotel, as well as by senior members of the hotel management team. The hospitality brand has partnered with Bureau Veritas, a leading label in laboratory testing, inspection and certification, to validate and review the programme.

On the F&B front, restaurants across Oberoi properties will ensure safe distancing without compromising on the overall dining experience of guests. Immunity building wellness dishes and drinks are being incorporated in the menu.

Hotels will ensure that their fleet of owned and operated cars are sanitised before and after each trip.

State-of-the-art technology will be utilised to reduce human contact for check-in and checkout and dining among others.

Vikram Oberoi, managing director and chief executive officer of The Oberoi Group said, “Our stringent health and safety standards are now available on the Oberoi Hotels and Resorts and Trident Hotels websites in their entirety.

“We hope this will help our guests understand in detail the measures we have implemented for their safety and perhaps others too may find these standards useful. Every effort will be made to ensure our hotels continue to be the safest and most desirable option for our guests and our employees.”

The comprehensive safety guidelines can be viewed on oberoihotels.com/safety-and-hygiene/ and tridenthotels.com/safety-and-hygiene.
