Speed up civil works at Yadadri project, officials told

Roads and Buildings Engineer-in-Chief I Ganapathi Reddy pointed out that the works of main temple were nearing completion and there was a need to focus on civil works.

Nalgonda: Roads and Buildings Engineer-in-Chief I Ganapathi Reddy on Monday instructed officials to speed up civil works taken up as a part of Yadadri development project. He inspected the ongoing civil works at the hill shrine.

During his visit, Ganapathi Reddy pointed out that the works of main temple were nearing completion and there was a need to focus on civil works. There should be no compromise in the quality of civil works, he said. He inquired about the status of civil works and directed the officials concerned to expedite them within the stipulated period.

He reminded that Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao took up development of Yadadri temple as a prestigious task and was committed to developing it into one of the top Hindu pilgrim centres in the world.

Superintendent Engineer Satyanarayana and Executive Engineer (YTDA) Vasantha Naik briefed the Engineer-In-Chief about the progress of civil works taken up as a part of Yadadri development.
