More than a 'minor hitch' for this motorist who was 'towing' a caravan in a most peculiar way

Traffic gardai stopped the driver of this car towing a caravan.

But they quipped that "towing" was a slight exaggeration!

They added; "As can be seen the driver didn’t have a hitch on his car."

A prosecution will follow for driving a dangerously defective vehicle.
