2 injured in clashes in Pulwana

Srinagar: Two people have been injured as protesters clashed with security forces in Jammu and Kashmir’s on Sunday.

The clashes erupted at Pulwama’s Mitrigam area after security forces launched a cordon and search operation in Frestpora Orchards near Rahmoo Pulwama where two terrorists were believed to be in the hiding.

Security forces have recovered detonators, explosives and some logistic materials from the militants’ hideout. Search for the militants are underway as protesters clashed with the security forces.
