Donald Trump Creates ‘#YouAin’tBlack’ Merchandise Following Joe Biden’s Charlamagne Tha God Interview

In case you missed it, earlier this weekend, Joe Biden and Charlamagne Tha God had a short interview for The Breakfast Club in which the two talked about a number of issues.

However, the conversation quickly turned sour, at least according to social media users, when Joe Biden said, “You ain’t black,” to voters who have to consider voting for him or Donald Trump. While the interview between Charlamagne and Joe remained cordial, many people online weren’t happy, except for Trump, who used this opportunity as an advantage.

Donald Trump, the president of the United States, has chosen to capitalize on the occasion by using the “You Ain’t Black” comment for his campaign’s merchandise.

Ever since Trump’s campaign first began, his team has capitalized on controversies of the day, including when Chris Cuomo told a man that he was going to throw him down the stairs after he called him “Fredo,” a reference to the legendary film, The Godfather.

Katrina Pierson, a senior adviser for the Trump campaign, said in a statement that “white liberal elitists” have been trying to tell black Americans how they should vote for years. And Joe Biden’s recent comment was just an example of that.

Following the controversy, Biden apologized and expressed regret having been so “cavalier,” adding that he shouldn’t have been such a “wise guy” during the conversation.

As it was noted above, this won’t be the first time Trump has capitalized on a political controversy to generate funds for his own campaign. When Chris Cuomo was caught on tape yelling profanities at another man for calling him “Fredo,” Trump and his team quickly began producing t-shirts with “Fredo” on them, along with an image of Chris.

In the aftermath, CNN refused to fire Chris and stood behind him the whole way. As fans of The Godfather know, Fredo is one of the three brothers in the film, and he eventually betrays his younger brother, Michael.

The term “Fredo,” is now a term meant to describe a traitor to one’s own kind.
