One more held in Noida for threatening CM Yogi

With the security agencies grilling the accused held in Mumbai to extract information about threat to Yogi Adityanath, in another development, the Noida police trapped another man who also posted a tweet that he would kill Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister.
The arrest in Noida was made late Saturday night and it was revealed that the accused was hungry for the last three days so in sheer frustration, he posted the threatening tweet and subsequently found himself behind the bars.
Reports said that the Noida police went on alert after they found someone had tweeted to “shoot Yogi Adityanath dead”.
The cyber crime team immediately traced the person who posted the tweet. He was identified as Rajeev Jaiswal, a resident of Knowledge Park Colony in Greater Noida.
During interrogation, Jaiswal claimed that he had not eaten anything for the last three days as he had no money. He said that the factory in which he was working was closed since lockdown was announced and he had no work in hand. He also claimed to have made all efforts to get some food but after failing to do so, he posted the tweet in frustration.
Further interrogations are on with the accused.  
Meanwhile, Kamran Amin Khan, arrested by the sleuths of the Anti-Terrorists Squad (ATS) of Mumbai on the tips provided by the Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force (STF), was produced in a local court in Mumbai to get his transit remand on Sunday and now he would be brought here for further interrogation.
Sources said that class 5 pass Kamran, hailing from Swadeshi Mill Compound in New Mahada Colony, had worked as a guard in Jhaveri Bazaar but three years back, he stopped working after undergoing operation for spinal TB. His father was a taxi driver but he died two months back. His elder brother, Imran Amin Khan, is running a mobile repair shop while his sister is running mehndi classes. His mother earlier worked as a school teacher. The family claimed to have no relation with Uttar Pradesh.
Kamran’s family members claimed him to be an drug addict.
It may be mentioned that Kamran was arrested in Mumbai for threatening to kill Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath by a bomb explosion. The arrest was made after the STF learnt through electronic surveillance that the number through which the threatening message was sent was present in New Mahada Colony in Chunabhatti area of Mumbai. The STF alerted their Mumbai counterparts after which cops from Kalachowki developed the information and raid a place and nabbed the accused.
Kamran also confessed of sending the threatening message.
Earlier, the security agencies went on alert after a WhatsApp message sent to the Dial-112 (Police Response Services) threatened to blow up Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath by a bomb last Thursday night. The sender claimed threat to Yogi Adityanath’s life from a particular community.
Soon after receiving the message, Gomtinagar police registered a FIR (Case Crime No. 0472/2020) under section 505(1)(6), 506,507 of the Indian Penal Code late Thursday night.
