Slaven Bilic will have a near-fully fit squad for West Bromwich Albion’s crucial clash with Nottingham Forest.

The Reds make the trip to the Hawthorns in Saturday’s televised fixture (12.30pm), between two of the division’s top sides.

Forest know a victory over Bilic’s men would move them into the Championship automatic promotion spots – temporarily, at least.

But they will come up against the league leaders, six points clear at the top of the table, and looking good on the injury front.

Kieran Gibbs, Gareth Barry and Chris Brunt are all back in training ahead of the game, leaving just Grady Diangana and Nathan Ferguson on the sidelines.

Bilic did suggest that while his first team trio are back in training – the game against Forest could come too early for some.

“All of them are training now - Kieran, Gareth and Chris,” Bilic told BirminghamLive.“I think they’re all training now. It’s only Nathan and Grady. Some of them had a scan yesterday.

“It’s not that they’re all ready and fit for Saturday, we’ll see. Some of them are back a bit too soon for the game tomorrow, but we have that squad depth and options that you need, especially in situations like this when you’re playing your third game in a week.

“The fact is we’ll have to see today. It’s 48 hours, the famous second day after the game, where the guys might feel more fatigue, but at the moment it looks good and we haven’t had any injuries in the last couple of games.”
