Vandal sprays paint on two cars and a house in Downend

A vandal sprayed paint on two cars and a house in Downend, triggering a police appeal.

The incident, which is being treated as criminal damage, took place between 11.55pm on January 20 and 12.15am on January 21 in Bromley Heath Road.

The suspect was wearing a disposal hooded overall. They damaged a red Jaguar and white Renault which were both parked in the driveway.

Police say the vandal would have taken off the suit he was wearing while he committed the offences.

CCTV images of a suspect have been released and anyone with information is asked to contact Avon and Somerset Constabulary.

A police spokesperson said: "We are investigating the incident as criminal damage.

"The suspect would have put on and taken off the suit he was wearing and we hope someone may have spotted him.

"We have attached an image of the suspect in the suit, which may help to jog memories.

"Anyone with information is asked to contact us quoting reference 5220015755."
