'There for the taking' - What Leeds United fans are saying ahead of Bristol City game
It is a big game at Elland Road tomorrow
by David ByromLeeds United fans are backing their side to get back to winning ways against Bristol City on Saturday.
The Robins make the trip to Elland Road just three points behind second-placed Leeds as the race for promotion tightens up.
Marcelo Bielsa's side have been in poor form, letting an 11-point gap over third place be cut to just goal difference due to winning just two of their last 11 matches.
Yet Whites fans are backing their side against the Robins on Saturday.
Stuart: Form table probably says Bristol City win. Performance vs Brentford says something else. Hoping for a good match. Good football and three points.
Phil Taylor: Hadn’t realised Nakhi Wells now plays for Bristol City. Oh heck!
Harvey Lees: Beat Bristol City on Saturday and we only then have Fulham left to play who are in with a shout of promotion, it's all in our hands still.
Tony Dorigo: Fear? More like controlled dominance in Brentford’s own back yard. Very good performance from the boys last night, Kiko’s mishap apart. Responded well, a good building block for Bristol City on Saturday. Another point added, 42 more available.
Wolds White: Jimmy Floyd Hasselbank made a great point. It is in our hands from here. We have played all the top 6 twice, apart from Fulham and Bristol City, who we play at home. We should be able to keep a top two place with our fixtures.
Gemma: I really think we will beat Bristol City on Saturday and then start a good run from there.
Tom Jackson: Got to be a Leeds win after Brentford.
Jonny: We can always tell in the first 10 minutes if we're at it. Bristol City will pose no surprises. Flat back five, two in front screening and hope for set plays. They're there for the taking.
Big Lu: Bristol City always try to play football against us because they think they can match us. Nice open game and goals for us. Paddy scoring this weekend without a doubt.
Paul Wilson: We do moan a lot, but it cant be bad when your ups and downs are only from 1st to 2nd, appreciate we are now "in the thick of it" but we have less top sides to play than the rest and starting with Bristol City on Saturday, whoever plays, we need to keep the faith.
