N-Trance to replace Ultrabeat at massive Bigg Market rave night this month
Ultrabeat were set to headline the night at the Bigg Market bar but will now be replaced by N-Trance
by Simon DukeUltrabeat will no longer headline a huge rave at a Bigg Market bar later this month after the Pretty Green Eyes hitmakers pulled out of the gig.
There was a huge reaction to our story last week that the dance favourites would be headlining the night at City Vaults on Friday, February 28. It was nearly 17 years ago in the summer of 2003 that the Liverpool dance favourites first shot to chart fame when Pretty Green Eyes soared to number 2 in the UK top 40, beaten only by Blu Cantrell and Sean Paul's massive number 1 Breathe.
But, having returned to the city on a number occasions, the Feelin' Fine and Elysium act will no longer be back later on in the month, with DJ and producer Ian Redman announcing he was unable to make it in a statement posted on Facebook.
He revealed: "Unfortunately i have had to pull out of the booking i had at City Vaults on Friday 28th Feb but never fear I have managed to get my old friends N-Trance to replace me so the party will go on regardless. I will be back at Vaults 100% in the summer so don't be too disappointed."
Yes, you heard right, N-Trance, the act responsible for massive 90s anthems like Set You Free and Stayin' Alive and 00s hit Forever, will be on the Bigg Market instead.
The night is for 18s and over only and tickets are on sale now online from Skiddle, priced from £6. The night is expected to be full capacity so don't waste any time in getting yours!
