Police appeal after Blairgowrie charity broken into
Lock forced and door damaged

The lock was forced open at Elder Voice in Blairgowrie’s Commercial Street and the front door has been damaged.
The incident happened at some point between 2pm on Tuesday, February 11 and 9am on Wednesday, February 12.
However it appears no entry was gained and nothing was stolen.
Police officers investigating the incident are now appealing to members of the public for more information.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland’s Tayside division said: “Police Scotland is appealing for information about a break-in to a charity’s premises in Blairgowrie.
“Sometime between 2pm on Tuesday, February 11 and 9am on Wednesday, February 12, the property used by Elder Voice in Commercial Street, Blairgowrie was broken into.
“The front door was damaged and the locks forced, however it does not appear that further entry was gained, and nothing appears to have been stolen.
“If you have any information that could assist our investigation, please call 101 or speak to any police officer.
“Also, information can be given anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
“Our reference is incident 1148 of February 12.”
