The Pixel 4 and 4XL are Bargains in Currys' Valentine's Sale

by

Whether or not you've got someone buying you sugary things and beheaded flowers this Valentine's Day, Currys PC World is thinking of you.

Stating that "tech lasts SO much longer than flowers" (true, but flowers don't smash), they're having a Valentines sale and the Pixel 4 deals are particularly bargainous.

Currys has wiped an impressive £170 off the cost of both the Pixel 4 and the 4XL, putting the Pixel 4 at £499 and the 4XL at just £679. That's a great price, plus it's SIM-free so you're not tied into a contract.

Other V-Day bargs include deals on fitness trackers and headphones, including Apple Airpods and Airpods Pro.

However, we've got to call Currys on their sexism here – they've split their Valentines gift guides by gender (which is something we can't stand, because it's so unnecessary – see our genderless V-Day gift guide here for proof), and while the men's section says (emphasis ours) "We have great Valentine’s presents for gamers, fitness fanatics, movie buffs and tech lovers," the women's version says "From gorgeous smartwatches to stylish speakers, powerful hairdryers to handy Bluetooth trackers, you’re bound to win her heart with a gift from our great range of cute gadgets and trendy tech."
