Man’s head blown off
by Alfred P. DalizonA 41-year-old warehouseman was killed by riding-in-tandem suspects who shot him in the head while he was playing basketball in Paco, Manila the other day.
The victim was identified as Paul Bryan Caruro, 41, of 1301 Past Sr., Paco, by P/Staff Master Sergeant Bernardo Cayabyab of the Manila Police District-Homicide Section.
The incident took place at around 6 p.m. at the basketball court near thr corner of Zulueta and Paz Streets in Paco, Manila, The victim was reportedly watching basketball when the suspects aboard a lone motorcycle arrived and the backrider shot the victim in the head from behind.
The suspects then sped toward the northbound direction of Zulueta Street and escaped.
